No Ordinary Car Show

Presented by Tim Shaw and Fuzz Townshend, Car SOS is the motoring show with a heart that makes deserving people’s dreams come true. In each episode Tim and Fuzz steal away a rusty wreck of a classic car and, after a few weeks of hard graft and workshop fun, surprise the gob-smacked owners with a fully restored vehicle in an elaborately entertaining scenario.  Several famous faces have appeared over the years and helped in the transformation and reveal including the late Sir Roger Moore, Sir Sterling Moss and actor James Nesbitt. This series features TV hardman Ross Kemp and legendary musician and mega petrolhead Rick Wakeman , taking part in a two part special where the boys attempt the impossible by restoring a wreck in just 7 days.

By the end of recording series 7 Tim and Fuzz and our crack workshop team will have rescued an amazing 70 classics from the scrapyard. From boy racers to bubble cars the selection of vehicles over the years has been enough to make any petrolhead’s mouth water – An Aston Martin DB6, a Ferrari engined Fiat Dino, a Capri RS 3100, a wartime Austin Truck, a Nissan Skyline, a Lancia Delta Integrale, to name a few. From May 2018 seven of the best cars have been on display as part of a major Car SOS exhibition at the British Motor Museum, our much loved motors are frequently to be seen as the centre attraction at various car shows around Britain.   Tim and Fuzz have become two of TV’s most loved presenters and Car SOS at the age of seven is still going from strength to strength.
